As part of their national study tour, a distinguished delegation from the National Institute for Policy and Strategic Studies (NIPSS), Senior Executive Course 47, paid a courtesy visit to Hon. Hunkamma Monday Odigwe, the Executive Chairman of Ika North East Local Government Area, Delta State.

The high-level delegation was led by Deputy Inspector General of Police (DIG) Adeleye Oyebade, who commended Hon. Odigwe for his outstanding leadership and visible developmental achievements within just one year in office.

In recognition of his impactful governance and contributions to grassroots development, the NIPSS team presented Hon. Odigwe with a special award of excellence.
